TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Licensing

A valid Clark County marriage license is required. You may apply for your license at the Clark County Marriage Clerk’s office located in the courthouse at 101 Civic Way Suite #2. Office hours are Thursday–Saturday, 8am–5pm. Office is closed for lunch 11:30am–Noon and on all legal holidays. The license is valid for one year and the fee is $55.00 cash. For more information call (702) 298-4622 and ask for the Marriage Clerk.
